Return & Cancellations

 

We have a 3 Day Return policy, which means you have 3 Days from the date of delivery to register an order return. Return window will be automatically closed after 3 days. 

Return Registration Process :

Step 1. Click on RETURNS option in the main menu & enter details.

Step 2. Our team will validate & approve your return. 

Step 3. Order will be picked up (please use same packing box) from you and delivered back to us.

Step 4. Our team will quality check the products and initiate refund.

Refund Terms:

Please note that, Store Credits are given instead of monetary refund. The cost of reverse shipping i.e. - Getting us to collect it from you, will come at a cost of INR 60 per order which will be borne by the customer. The store credits will be issued after deducting INR 60 from the price of the products returned once delivered back to us.  

Please note that there will be no deduction for damaged goods (i.e. - the entire product value of the damaged product will be refunded as a store credit)

Steps to Redeem Store Credits:

Step 1: Login with your registered email ID & add products to Cart.

Step 2: Click cart icon on top right corner.

Step 3: In cart page, click 'Have a Gift Card?' below the 'Checkout' button.

Step 4: In checkout screen - Under payments section, tick 'Apply Store Credit' to use the store credits.

The refund amount will be instantly adjusted against order value! 

Cancellation Policy:

Considering operational challenges, We do not have order cancellations. Request customers to avoid impulsive orders.
